A&D Sales Representative
Located in Boston’s Design district, Repsource is a distributor of furnishings and textiles to the New England contract interior design community. We have an opening for a highly energetic A&D Sales Representative role in the New England territory. We offer a supportive team environment where personal achievements are recognized and rewarded.
Location: Boston, MA showroom with the ability to travel to clients as needed
Qualifications:
Job Description: Be a liaison for our company and manufacturers to the interior design community including both furniture dealers and the A&D community. Collaborate on projects to achieve annual sales objectives established by Repsource. Build customer interest of all products brands and products to ensure future growth through increased market presence and new market-development.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years industry experience in the commercial interior design industry
- Well-versed in relationship selling. Must have experience with commercial furniture. Dealer experience a plus
- Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required. Reliable vehicle able to fit and transport mid-sized furniture. Ability to lift and maneuver furniture up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills for both in person and virtual training, information sessions, and tradeshows with a strong attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently without supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

- Drive sales through the design community, dealer distribution & corporate relationships with product knowledge, customer service, and problem solving
- Maintaining and grow relationships with the A&D community
- Effectively track field activity and new projects through specification to bidding stage through monthly project reports
- Participate in marketing events and industry affiliations as requested. Assist with company social media efforts as needed
- Manage all sales and order procedures including product knowledge, presentations, quoting, sampling, and special request tracking
- Update email and contact database on a continual basis
- Research skills to troubleshoot customer issues in coordination with Manufacturers.
- Maintaining relationships with manufacturers and customer service teams to best met their expectations
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions, and concerns with speed, and professionalism
- Updating A&D & dealer client libraries. Delivering and demonstrating sample furniture
- Ordering and maintaining showroom samples as needed
Compensation:
- Base salary plus Bonus. Bonus will be paid every six months based on an overall revenue generated by the Sales staff
- Benefits: 401K after 1 year, 3 weeks vacation plus week between Christmas and New Years, QSEHRA healthcare option available at full IRS allowed reimbursement
- Expenses: All related expenses are paid including Mileage at government rate
